Timeline unit planner
Timeline planners are used to plan out the course of your unit and highlight specific stages of focus.
They are a great 'one-stop' document to display the unit and where in the learning process the students are

Assessment Rubrics
Assessment rubrics are great tool and visual in increase student understand and awareness of standards and what is expected learning in a unit.
Students are able to see where they are on the continuum and gauge what skills are required to further develop.

Formative Assessents ('I can..' rubric statements)
'I can..' rubrics are great formative and summative assessment tool to use with the younger learners. They allow the students access to understanding where they are in learning a skill and also what they need to do to improve.
Learners have the opportunity to visualize the process of acquiring a skill, reflect back upon their learning.

Unit breakdowns help to map out the specific lessons that a unit will entail. Coupled with the timeline they can facilitate the journey of the learning process and support the flow of a unit.
