My Philosophy on Physical Education
To me, physical education is about so much more than helping kids to excel in sports. It’s about building the foundations for passion for well-being and movement. It’s about exploring new skill sets and unlocking your own untapped potential. It’s about developing the ability to make healthy and sustainable choices. It’s about learners becoming collaborative problem solvers as part of a team. It’s about learning how to set, assess, and achieve goals for yourself.
